Easy Spaghetti and Meatsauce. On May 17, 2010. This is my answer to a mid-week meal when you just don’t feel like cooking (and after this week’s spanakopita trial, I think this is exactly what I need! 15 lb ground beef (I like grass-fed). 1/4 onion, diced. 2 tsp olive oil. 1 jar marinara sauce. 1 box whole wheat spaghetti noodles. 1 tsp olive oil.
