They give it that earthy taste and their an excellent source of protein and fiber, which will help with digestive health. 2 tbsp coconut oil. 4 garlic cloves, minced. 1 medium onion, chopped. 1/2 cup lentils ( preferably dried).

It’s a perfect blend of ingredients. With the taste of almond and cinnamon mixed with kale, creates a really nice balance. It’s not too bitter or sweet. Perfect to sip on after spending an afternoon at the driving range😉. 2 handfuls of baby kale. 2 tbsp chunky almond butter. 2 cups almond milk. 1 cup crushed ice. Yield: 2- 8 oz glasses.

Almond milk which contains about 4% of our recommended daily intake of iron, helps muscles absorb and use protein for energy, growth and repair. Blueberries are known for their high antioxidant content which neutralize oxidative damage that lead to tissue destruction. 1 cup almond milk. 1 scoop Sun Warrior raw plant-based chocolate protein. 1/4 cup wild blueberries.

December 9, 2012. 12 large shrimp, uncooked. 3 garlic cloves, minced. 1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped. 1 tsp sesame seeds. 1/2 tsp sea salt. 1 tbsp soy sauce. 2 tbsp sesame oil. 2 limes, juiced. 1 tsp raw agave. 1 small carrot, grated. 1 handful fresh basil, chopped. 1 handful fresh cilantro, chopped. 1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter (organic). 1 tbsp warm water. Peel shrimp, soak in with warm water, rinse and pat dry with paper towel. Begin to add the fillings.
