This recipe is so easy and that is why I like it so much. 1 Pkg of Cream Cheese (softened). 1/2 cup Sugar (add more to your liking). 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract. Couple squirts of lemon juice (add more to your liking). 1 small tub of Cool Whip. 1 Graham Cracker pie crust. Variation: Here is another way to make this Cheesecake. 1/3 cup lemon juice.

Squeeze off medium sized balls of dough and dip into flour on each side, going around the ball with hands to make a flattened circle. If you don't have self rising flour you can substitute here. Easy ingredients make them a cinch to put together. 1 cup butter room temperature. 1/2 cup regular sugar. 2 tsp vanilla extract. 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans. 1/2 cup (or more for dusting). Cream together butter and sugar until mixed together well. Add extract and mix well.
