Wash, pare and boil one dozen small white potatoes, mash while hot and add to them half a cup of raisins stoned and chopped very fine, twenty large Queen olives stoned and chopped fine, one tablespoonful of parsley finely minced, an even teaspoonful of sugar, and salt and pepper to taste. Then melt a tablespoonful of butter in a spider; when it bubbles put in a small onion chopped very fine, and fry a delicate brown. KSP (kosher salt and pepper). 1 Remove poblano chilies from can, and slice finely, set aside in strainer over a larger bowl, let drain. 1 yellow squash; diced. 1 zucchini; diced.

Thursday, June 25, 2015. I've been making this one for many years, sometimes with coconut, sometimes with lemon rind. You may actually know it as Impossible Pie. My favorite has to be the coconut, but my son doesn't like it so I tend to stick to either the lemon or just the plain custard. When I got home, the rubble had all been moved to the yard and the beam had been exposed and we had one big room. I liked that. The workers were gone and hooray!
