Sunday, 4 May 2008. Cucumber and Moong daal salad. 25 grams of Moong daal. 2 tsp Coriander leaves. Coconut (fresh or Grated) 2 tsp. 4-5 fresh curry leaves. Soak the Moong daal in water over night.( 4 to 5 Hours). Chop the Cucumber into small pieces and put into a bowl. Strain the Moong daal and mix it with cucumber.
