200g 20g de sucre. 35g de blancs d'oeufs à température ambiante. Une pincée de sel. 200g de chocolat noir 70%. 1 càc de sucre glace. 1 càc de poudre de cacao non sucrée. Torrifiez les amandes, les noissettes et les pistaches pendant 5 minutes dans un four à 200 C. Faire chauffer les 200g de sucre, l'eau et le glucose à 150 C pour un nougat dur et à 140 C pour un nougat tendre. Lorsque la température du sucre atteint 110 C mettre les blancs d'oeufs avec le sel à battre et mettre le miel à chauffer.

The fact that he's now pretty much wearing 6 month clothes doesn't help, my little baby is growing up waaay too fast! We missed him so so much but we were ok. It was so sweet to see HOW EXCITED James was to see him! Oh yeah and Happy St. Patrick's Day! I've never been a big fan (largely because I don't drink) so it's just a Saturday to me but I hope you guys all stay safe and have fun!

In particular, they have a flavor, I don't know the exact name, with Bizzerko in the title. It is amazing. Amazing as in the best ice cream flavor I can remember having.
