So here goes my first recipe:. Asoefotida (hing) powder - pinch. 3/4 Onion - cut into strips. 1 Bell Pepper - cut into strips. 2 Tomatoes - blend (ready made tomato puree does not give the same taste). Chilli Powder to taste.
