Bacon and Cheese Muffins. I stumbled across a base recipe called cheddar bacon muffins one day and made them. They tasted great and my whole family loved them as well as my co-workers the second time I made them. I kept thinking something was missing or the recipe needed tweaked. After many batches I believe I have fine tuned these tasty muffins. 2 cups of flour. 2 Tbsp of granulated sugar. 1 Tbsp of baking powder. 1/4 tsp of salt. 3/4 cup of cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup of American cheese. 6 slices of bacon.

French Toast Bread Pudding. This bread pudding looks and taste as good as it sounds! 1 cup of brown sugar. 10-12 French Toast Sticks. 1 cup of heavy cream. 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract. 1/4 tsp. of Salt. 1/4 cup of water. 3 tbsp. of granulated sugar. Cut the French toast sticks into 1" pieces. Layer the brown sugar on the bottom of a 8" x 8" baking dish. Then place french toast pieces on top of this layer. In a bowl mix together the heavy cream, egg, water, vanilla extract, and salt.
