More than a mouthful of fun. African Spice on a Cold Day. January 11, 2015. Last year I missed our African dinner sitting in New York traffic for 5 hours. I was very frustrated and angry. First, I missed all the fantastic dishes girls created. African cuisine is undeservingly unknown. So, I was looking so forward to try new things. My efforts paid off big time! My Doro Wat chicken stew came out amazing! I couldn’t wait to share it with the chicks. Unfortunately, New York traffic has a mind of its own.
