Posted by Cooking Confections. 350 grams Cup 4 Cup flour ( you can order from Williams Sonoma online). 3/4 t kosher salt. 2 sticks of unsalted butter - cold. 1/2 cup ice water -. Cut the butter into cubes - put in the freezer for 15 minutes. Put the flour and the salt in the food processor. Pulse until flour is fluffy and aerated.                                     Monday, November 12, 2012. Here is our new family favorite. Make it with caution because you will want it all the time after you have tried it. 1 cup unpopped kernals. This should make a big bowl of popcorn. I use 2 bowls so I can remove kernals. It will hurt your teeth if you get a kernal. I also saw on pinterest where some people have used microwave popcorn. My guess is it would take 2 bags. 1/2 cup brown sugar.
