Making memories one day at a time…. Adventures of a new mommy. Our big happy family. Before Nino and I were parents to Isabella, we were already parents to a crazy loveable menagerie of animals at home. We have 2 dogs (a pug named Sebastian and a chihuahua named London) and one cat (a. Named Britney). We have all been a family for over five years when I first got pregnant with Bella. Making memories one day at a time…. Adventures of a new mommy. Archive March, 2012. Hong Kong Adventure Pt. II: Disneyland. There is a magic about Disneyland. I know that saying that is pretty much an understatement, but I say it because I have discovered that no matter how old you get, the magic never fades. It just changes. This is especially true for someone like me, because I have always believed in magic. When I was younger, going to Disneyland was the end all of all treats! We began our Disneyland ...

Chalk it up to a bustling, running, yelling toddler who is learning to assert herself in so many new ways! I am really enjoying this time but it is quite exhausting as well. In either case, I am planning to do much catching up in the days to come. Are there any products you think should be on the mommy/baby list? Please do let me know! She's having a baby. Cooking for Keya | bon appetit little one!
Bon appetit little one! Pumpkin-Coconut and Ginger Soup. January 2, 2015. So, we’re already in 2015. Wow. I began writing this blog in July 2013 when my daughter Keya was about 9-1/2 months old. As she grew, so did the nature of the recipes I posted. Having recently realized that my blog has comparatively fewer recipes for parents who have younger children I will now consciously try to post more recipes that the 1 year old and younger can enjoy! 8211; 1 1 tbsp olive oil. 8211; 1 clove garlic, sliced.

Friday, October 16, 2009. There are countless versions of the upside down cake. This one is very simple, but it is my favorite from childhood. 1/4 cup butter, melted. 1 can (20 ounces) sliced pineapple. 1/8 C pineapple juice. 1 package (18-1/4 ounces) yellow cake mix. Pour butter and pineapple juice into a well-greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Drain pineapple. Arrange pineapple slices in prepared pan; sprinkle with brown sugar. Prepare cake batter according to package directions; pour over pineapple.
