"CFTK" 52 Week Challenge

Cooking From The Kor - Posting dinners was a journal for me and I came to realize how narrow my cooking repertoire was. A new year, 52 weeks? Here's the challenge - Every week a new dish. The blog for 1/10 will list the dish for the next 4 weeks - when possible I will link to the original recipe. I'll post the results once a week - I hope you'll join me and post your dish too!

Cooking From the Pantry | A great WordPress.com site

Cooking From the Pantry. A great WordPress.com site. Food Memories, Dudes who Laugh at my Jokes, and Fish Chowder. A couple of nights ago, when I posted my first post to Facebook, my friend Andy mentioned he’d made clam chowder that night. That immediately shot me back to one of my first memories of food made from scratch, and it filled my head with fish chowder. I have had other chowders since then. But I always think of that chowder, cooked over a campfire, with nostalgia, and love. A Tbsp of oil.

Cooking From Your Pantry – Let's Eat

Cooking From Your Pantry. February 28, 2016. I wrote the post 20 days ago – but didn’t post it for some reason (brain deadness maybe) so it is out of sync but the meal was yummy so today you get 2 posts! Have you missed me much? But I am back now – I have shopped for some fresh ingredients, and tonight they are getting a blog worthy dinner. We all enjoy ostrich meat and the other day I made this as a bowl meal….ok I didn’t have any pasta either so tonight I am redoing it properly! Salt and pepper to taste.
