Mangia verde, vivi a colori! Il periodo natalizio è nell’aria e sento già la voglia di grandi cene in compagnia. Sulla mia tavola non possono mancare gli antipasti, le salsine e le maionesi in genere. L’insalata russa è un must have. Preparo spesso questa versione classica ma senza uova anche per mia mamma, che a quelle è allergica. Davvero non ha niente da invidiare alla versione tradizionale, in più non sa di “freschino”. Vi consiglio vivamente di provarla, è buonissima. INGREDIENTI per 4 persone.

El Camino de Santago Agosto 2016. I Miei Viaggi / My Travels. Zucchero di canna 180 gr. Burro a temperatura ambiente 110g. Cacao amaro in polvere 50g. 80 gr zucchero a velo. 1 cucchiaio di latte. In una ciotola lavorare il burro e lo zucchero. Quando il composto è cremoso unire le uova una alla volta. In un'altra mescolare la farina, il lievito e il bicarbonato. Mescolare la birra con il cacao quindi versare questo composto nella farina alternandolo con il composto burroso burro. Brown sugar 180 gr.
