SIGN UP FOR COOKING CLASSES Available upon demand. Thursday, April 3, 2014. 1 of 2 Sicilian Riceballs. Riceballs are very time consuming but worth every minute put into them. 1-2 lb of onions minced. 1cup of frozen peas. 1small can of tomatoe paste. Salt and pepper to taste. Prep the Filling. Make sure the cheeses are grated because these are going to be small about a ping pong sized ball and if any of these ingredients are too big they wont mix well. 3/4 lb ricotta salata grated. A trick I like to use it to take a glass container and put in microwave for 20 seconds. This will make the container warm and make the yeast have the effect faster). In a container mix the 3/4 cup of Warm Water. And the Packet of Yeast. Once mix let rest. Let rest for 5 - 10 minutes. Links to this post.

Join me as I cook through my cookbooks, feed a few friends, and learn a thing or two along the way. January 13, 2014. When the lovely Helen from Good magazine asks me to contribute a recipe to the pages of my now favorite Dubai magazine, there is only one that I can think of to really impress — my Four Mushroom Risotto. Recipe. Though it doesn’t come straight from any one book, the books. Were definitely an influence on my own take of an iconic Italian dish. Continue reading →. Fork it Over Dubai. The on...
