Anna's cooking experiments, originally on Thursdays, but possibly on non-Thursdays too. Tuesday, September 6, 2011. Anna's Lightly Roasted Pork Belly. I had a small slab of pork belly leftover from the time I purchased a larger piece to make Tau Eu Bak. I roasted it at 175C, 20 minutes on each side. By then, some of the meat's juices had mixed with the marinade, giving just enough gravy to drizzle onto the sliced pieces of meat. Monday, September 5, 2011. Anna's cooking experiments, originally on Thursdays, but possibly on non-Thursdays too. Friday, May 27, 2011. I found the recipe and it's one for apple cake by Betty Saw. Brown sugar 2-3 Tbsp.

Cooking later began as a necessity when I got tired of eating out all the time during my single careerperson days. Then it became a mat...
