Faites revenir un oignon dans une casserole avec un peu d’huile d’olive et du sel jusqu’à ce qu’il soit translucide. Ajoutez la sauge et laissez-la parfumer les oignons une minute ou deux. Tartare de thon au sésame. 300 grammes de thon frais abattu par votre poissonnier. 3 tranches fines de citron bien lavé. 2 cuillères à soupe d’huile de sésame. 1 cuillère à soupe d’huile d’olive. Herbes fraiches (coriandre ou basilic thai). Quelques graines de sésame pour la décoration. Coupez le thon en tout petits morceaux pour faire la base du tartare. Faites de même avec les tranches de citron et le piment. Mettez autant de piment que vous souhaitez.
