In getting enough protein. On September 19, 2011. I am seriously reconsidering protein. Mainly, I don’t think I’m getting quite enough–it’s tough to get to the magic number of 50 grams strictly on vegs, fruits, and grains. I sort of got to the point of being tired of eating in looking for the next couple of grams. So, happy medium time…the usual path of starting an eating plan. Dash of sea salt. 1/2 cup coconut palm sugar. 1/2 cup almond butter (creamy or chunky–which every you prefer). 1/3-1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (up to 86% cocoa). Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use parchment paper or a Silpat sheet on the cookie sheet.
