Here is a really simple, fantastic trick on cooking bacon in the oven. Take a shallow baking pan, like one you would use for cookies and take an over-sized sheet of tin foil(long enough to hang over both ends of the pan by at least 2 inches. Start from one side and begin to pinch the foil into high, peaks rows. Continue until the entire piece of foil is pinched and peaked.

Whenever we go to a potluck of some sort, there is always someone who has brought their version of funeral potatoes/hashbrown casserole/schwartzies potatoes. 2 lbs frozen hashbrowns. 1 500ml carton sour cream. 2 tins cream of mushroom soup. 188; cup melted butter. Grated onion and salt to taste. I do not add salt as the soup is salty enough). 2 cups grated cheddar cheese. Thaw potatoes slightly for easier mixing. Mix first 6 ingredients in a 9”x13” baking dish. Baked Beef and Pasta.

Alright, so I've kinda hooked on Jamie Oliver's 30 minute meals. That being said, the other day I caught his Piri Piri Chicken episode and it got stuck in my head.
