After several trials and errors, i decided i like this stuffing the best:. 4 medium sized potatoes. 1/2 onion finely chopped. Few strands of coriander. Grind all the ingredients except potatoes to a smooth paste. Do not add water. Boil potatoes and mash them evenly. Add above paste and salt to taste. Set aside. Depends on your preference. 1/2 inch ginger. Peeled and chopped in fine pieces. Pressure cook rice and moong dal with salt and 4 cups of water.
