Fantastic Food. Everyday. Sausage and Fennel Ragu. Patatas Bravas →. Empanadas are small pasties, traditionally served as part of a tapas menu in Spain. I have been making this recipe for years. I tend to make a large one instead of little individual ones as you get to taste a lot more of the yummy filling! INGREDIENTS: Makes about 24 small empanadas or 1 large one. 2 x packs of ready made shortcrust pastry. 1 tbsp olive oil. 4 spring onions, chopped. Half tsp dried chilli flakes. 2 tbsp tomato puree.
