I Hope everyone had a Very Merry Christmas! I know we did! Jasmine, Thalia and George have more toys than I think they'll ever need. I had a few recipes I tried this past week. First up, I did a great leftover meal. I had chicken, zucchini, and red potatoes. Then I also did homemade mac and cheese and followed up with a brunch item! Find the original recipe here! Here's what mine looked like. 6-8 large red potatoes, skin on. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.

I have to give my friend Steph over at Cooking with Corgis. Credit for giving me inspiration to blog again. Well, without further ado, I give you homemade french onion soup.
