Just about everything experimental in vegetarian cooking. November 19, 2013. November 19, 2013. https://cookingwithdivya.wordpress.com/2013/11/19/kothamali-togayal-coriander-chutney-south-indian-style
Just about everything experimental in vegetarian cooking. November 19, 2013. November 19, 2013. Kothamali togayal (coriander chutney South Indian style). Coriander is my recent favourite and any form or combination of coriander is welcomed in my home in london or Mumbai. This is just one form of the same. Again one of my grandmothers contributions…. 2-3 dry red chillies whole. 1inch tamarind (dissolved in hot water). Serve with yogurt rice or any other South Indian dish. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.
