And I've loved sharing some of the recipes I've created, which have won cooking contests. But I'm also a writer, and I have several plays, books, and musicals tugging at my sleeve. Saturday, May 11, 2013. Mom's Delicious Zucchini Bread. 2 cups shredded zucchini. 8oz crushed pineapple - drained. 2 t baking soda. 1 1/2 t ground cinnamon. 1/2 t baking soda. Combine ingredients, pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans. This one I would call Cooking With. When I was a kid, my grandmother baked what we always called. Which apparently doesn’t really exist. It’s actually a dialect or two removed from the Neapolitan.
