Sunday, June 18, 2017. We've just returned from a long-awaited trip to Disneyland and the California coast and I am SO not ready to get back into the domestic life. Well, nevertheless it must be done, and it must (apparently) be done by me. Here's the plan for this upcoming week: (Whenever it says protein shake, that's my meal, not everyone elses). Breakfast: Cereal and fruit. Lunch: Homemade freezer lunches (sweet baked kielbasa, mashed potatoes, broccoli, and half a roll). Dinner: Pizza at Boondocks.

Thursday, December 29, 2011. As per request, here are some recipes I've made lately. A salad dressing for a spinach salad with craisins and sliced almonds. I adapted the recipe from Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad. 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds. 1/2 cup white sugar. 1 teaspoon powdered onion. 1/2 cup cider vinegar. 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil. Mix all ingredients together and pour over salad. This makes enough dressing for several large salads. 1 pound ground beef. 1/2 pound bulk Italian sausage.
