Teriyaki Roundsteak with Rice. 1 lb round steak, trimmed and thinly sliced. 2 T vegetable oil. 1 onion, thinly sliced. 1 garlic clove, minced. 2 T soy sauce. 2 T sherry or water. 1 T brown sugar. 1 T lemon juice. 1/2 tsp. ground ginger. 1/2 tsp. corn starch. Saute’ steak strips in skillet in oil, a few pieces at a time, until all are browned. Return all strips to skillet, along with the remaining ingredients, except the corn starch.
