August 22, 2014. Dal Makhni is my all time favorite comfort food. Makhan means butter and traditionally this dish contains a lot of butter and cream. Over the years I have tried to replicate the traditional taste with using minimal fat to make it healthier so that it can be eaten guilt free anytime. 1 cup Black Gram (Urad Dal). Cup Red Kidney Beans (Rajma). 1 cup Chopped Roma Tomatoes. 1tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste (I small piece of ginger and 3-4 cloves of ginger). Tsp Cumin Seeds (Zeera).

Vendredi 12 juin 2015. Tarte #1 - De la rhubarbe. Bonjour la petite blogosphère. Aujourd'hui je viens ici pour partager la recette de tarte à la rhubarbe. Que j'ai réalisée en début de semaine. La rhubarbe, bien que acide, j'ai toujours aimé ça, en confiture ou en dessert en tarte. C'est une plante qui pousse assez bien sans grand entretien et qui est originale tout en restant simple. Autant de tiges de rhubarbe. 2 càs de farine. 2 càs de crème fraiche. 1 verre de lait. Et opter pour un lait végétal.
