Strawberries and Cream Trifle. 1/2 c Sweetened Condensed Milk. 1 1/2 c cold water. 1 pkg (1oz) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix. 1 carton (8oz) reduced fat frozen whipped topping, thawed. 1 angel food cake (9oz round). 4 c sliced strawberries. In a bowl, whisk milk and water. Whisk in pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes. Fold in Whipped Topping. Cut cake in 1/2 inch cubes. 4 Points per serving. Recipe courtesy of Vicki.

Saturday, March 26, 2011. 2 cans your favorite beans. 7 cups water w/ 7 chicken bouillon cubes. 1 onion, diced. 1-2 cups diced carrots. 2 diced peppers (red, green, orange or yellow). 2 diced jalapenos (optional). 4 cloves minced garlic. 4 small cans diced green chilies. 3 lbs cooked and shredded chicken.
