Chicken Wrapped in Pandan leaf | Cook-It-Chef
https://cookitchef.wordpress.com/2011/06/28/chicken-wrapped-in-pandan-leaf
Chicken Wrapped in Pandan leaf. June 28, 2011. I had always wanted to cook this for about 5 years, but I never got any pretty big Pandan leaves. Until my former housing’s housekeeper brought some and I asked her if I could have like just 20 pieces. It turned out that she got it freely since our neighbor plants it. Oh gee, I should’ve asked for it years ago! 500 gr Boneless Chicken breast, diced into roughly 4 cm chunks. 20 pcs fresh big Pandan Leaves, washed and cleaned well. 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce.

FAQ | Cook-It-Chef

First, I’m definitely passionate in cooking. no doubt. Second, being in the kitchen (especially the lavish one), makes me feel like in the heaven. I could stay there for hours, create more and more pretty dishes. Third, my closed ones often call me ‘chef’ when they ask me to cook for them, or when I’m rambling over foods. Where do you go to study culinary arts? Then how can you cook? What about technique and measurement? I cook with my instinct, and that is my technique. What kind of foods do you cook?

And so today, my breakfast menu is Chinese Chicken Noodle! 500gr fresh egg noddles. 250gr chicken meat, skinned and cut into small pieces. 8-10 beef meatballs (optional). 1 stalk spring onions.
