I always think twice about whether any meal is really worth adding to the already stifling temperatures (and continue to wonder how long I have to live here before I get used the inhumane humidity/heat levels). Serves two as a main, or three as a side. 1 cup of diced or crumbled feta cheese. Juice of 1 lemon.
