Lemony cupcakes →. Tuna and asparagus pasta. April 24, 2013. At the moment I’m preparing for my next 10k run so I’m on the look out for healthy and hearty dishes which will give me a bit of a boost. This dish fitted the bill perfectly, which was rather handy as I had to work with whatever was in the cupboard and the fridge! This recipe will make 2 healthy portions. What you will need:. 1 can tuna (I use tuna in brine and try to use the line caught tuna as it’s a bit more sustainable). 2 cloves of garlic.
