Soya bean with corn sundal is a healthy dish rich in protien , especially for vegetarians whose intake of protein is comparatively low. A very colorful and tasty dish as well. Soya beans - 1 cup. Sweet Corn kernels - 1 cup. Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup. Chopped onion - 1/2 cup. Salt - 1 tsp. Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp. Urad Dhal - 1/2 tsp. Dry Red Chilly - 2. Asafetida - a pinch. Oil - 1 tsp. December 23, 2017. Since it’s Christmas Eve Eve, I thought I should do a quick fall post. The idea is that I will be able to post Christmas pictures around Christmas ; ). As usual we had plenty of foggy mornings this fall……. Not as much color this year because of so much fluctuation in temps. Levi does NOT like being cold, so he has this round fur bed we call the donut. He loves it. He is being bashful with his photo being taken for some reason : ). In the meantime Merry Christmas!
