Made a great dinner last night, after posting on facebook my friend Dan asked me to post the recipe so here it is Dan. 6 center cut pork chops about a 1/3 inch thick. 1 cup of your favorite italian dressing. 1 1/2 lb of spaghetti or your favorite pasta. 1 14 ounce can diced tomatoes. 1 14 ounce can crushed tomatoes. 1 cup of white wine. 1 cup of chicken stock. 2 cups of broccoli diced. 1 large onion sliced.

Enjoying Cooking and Food. Laquo; Scampi ala Pesto. Dinner for Dan and the Boys. Sicilian Stuffed Sardines over Vegetable Ragu. If you like fish. You will love this recipe. I had a version of this many years ago at the Rosebud on Taylor Street, and about a week later came up with this version. It was a favorite of my Dad’s. The presentation is vivid and colorful, and goes great with some orzo, an arugala. Salad and a crisp. 16 large sardines cleaned and butterflied( a good fish shop will do this for you).

We spent the day downtown and started at Millenium Park, walked up to the Hancock Center, back South to Water Tower Place, then Navy Pier and found our van after walking through the parking garage for 30 minutes.
