Tuesday, July 26, 2011. 1 large Eggplant Sliced. 4 large Heirloom Tomatoes Sliced. 1 Green Pepper Sliced. 16oz can Crushed Tomatoes. 2 tbsp Italian Seasoning. 1 tbsp Granulated Garlic Powder. 1 tsp Coarse Ground Black Pepper. 3 tsp Olive Oil. Preheat oven 350℉. Lay sliced eggplant and zucchini out on cookie sheet season and floured. in large frying pan add olive oil. Tip: This dish is a good alternative for vegetarians. Saturday, July 23, 2011. 1 lb Angel Hair Pasta. 1/2 Medium Size Onion. 16 oz can Enchilada Sauce. 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil. Salt and Pepper to taste. In a large storage bag add all of the pasta and begin breaking it into small pieces. In a large pot on high heat add vegetable oil, onion and pasta stir and let brown very dark but not burnt. Add in the enchilada sauce and cover for 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed into the pasta. Serve with sour cream and lettuce. Serves 6. One Pan Curry Chicken.
