We are going to Tioman Island via Mersing. It took us about 5 and half hours to reach Mersing and another 2 hours to reach the island by boat. Tioman is the biggest and most impressive island at the east coast of Malaysia. Our main objectives are snorkeling in crystal clear water, do some jungle trekking and laze on the beach. 27 May, 2008. For lunch we are having a barbeque. The menu fishs, petai, sardines, sweet potatoes and anything left of our ration. While enjoying the scenery, I did find time to chat with Pak Lah and did get more information about the place. Pak Lah even gave me some Bunga Kantan and Serai Wangi as a parting gift.
