Thursday, December 9, 2010. We went on our first group field trip in Canada to the Glenbow Museum. We learned about knights and Noah was dubbed "Sir Noah." The best part was all the armor, chain mail, swords and helmets that each child had the chance to try on. Are there fundamental limitations to the kinds of truths that can be discovered by science – or can science even discover truth at all? So, we take by faith that the Bible and nothing else is revealed truth, and we assume this as our starting principle for deduction. What about unrevealed truth? But can science find this truth? If science can't find ultimate truth, what can it do?

The trip would take them over 80 miles through lush valleys, mountain peaks and passes, and through dry hills and valleys in the Sangre de Christo range of the Rocky Mountains. It was stalking something, which we never figured out; we were just happy that it wasn't us! A short break on the way to Copper Pass. ...
