an autumn leaf for all seasons: November 2006
http://azkrishnan.blogspot.com/2006_11_01_archive.html
An autumn leaf for all seasons. Sunday, November 26, 2006. Its outside is no better. It has become a museum-turned-toilet where men and dogs relieved their bladders when no one watched. What can be said of weather-beaten concrete that exposes its steel and that sharp stench? And all this reminds me of Ozymandias and the Aryan Neighborhood. Lenmana, the flute girl, grew up in this Southwestern desert, her skin rapidly ageing with the gray wolves and the scummy shack. Her withered smile is still withered.

An autumn leaf for all seasons. Sunday, January 21, 2007. Everything looked beautiful to Maya tonight. It seemed Manu would never leave her thoughts, exciting her every passing second. Heavily excited she was, that her excitement flushed out of her cheeks as embarrassment. A combined sense of womanliness and unabated thrill spread all across her face and body, like the currents she sensed. Fast heartbeats, silence, embarrassment and beauty orchestrated her steps out of the bathroom. This is only for Yu.

Frozen, unruffled, tranquilised. Posted by an autumn leaf for all seasons at 8:48 PM. Tuesday, June 06, 2006. The high-ceilinged rooms with dark wood lini...

An autumn leaf for all seasons. Monday, May 22, 2006. This is only for Yu. My name is Yu. I am 18 years old. Palsied. Weak. Mentally unstable. Partially blind. I have always thought that land was flat, until little Lara told me we all live on a big orange. Lara My sweet Little Lara. She is the one helping me put my thoughts into words, so that one day I'll have you read this. And I am glad that that day is today. I will tell you what happened today. But this little girl here tells me that she is gett...

July 27, 2006. Posted by Subramanya in Uncategorized. The current attempt is courtesy of two things. Primarily, the extremely thoughtful and well received actions of the Government of India, and two, the attempt at blogging that my friend, Varun ,has just commenced. May his blog flourish, unlike mine which has largely been barren. July 27, 2006. UPA Govt has been dumb from better. Not that the NDA was not dumb, they were atleast better than these guys.
