Sunday, May 3, 2009. Mom's Haag Simple Bread. 2 1/2 cup water (warm, but not boiling). 2 Tbsp. yeast. 2 1/2 tsp. salt. Add a cup of instant oatmeal in right before sugar, use less flour. Roll out before shaping into loaves. Spread with butter and sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, and raisins for cinnamon raisin bread. Then roll and shape into loaves and lets rest in pan another 20-30 minutes. Then bake. Add in about 1/3 cup pureed veggie,fruit, or 1 squished banana at came time you add oil.

Friday, April 30, 2010. 1 bottle of tomatoes,. 1 can of mexican tomatoes. 2- 16oz cans of chicken chunks. 1 can Garbanzo beans. 1 can black beans. 1 can black eyed peas. 1 can white beans. 4 minced garlic cloves. 5 chicken bouillon cubes. 1 tsp celery salt. 1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt. 2 tsp Accent flavoring. Saute veggies and other ingredients. Heat through then simmer. Sunday, April 11, 2010. 2/3 cup (about 3 oz.) reduced-fat chocolate wafer cookie crumbs. 1 1/2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine.

I've tweaked a couple times and works perfect every time. I've switched out oil with pureed beans. I've also used a yellow cake mix, 1 small can pumpkin, and 1 cup water and it was super yummy to although probably could have cooked that one 9 minutes. Tuesday, August 3, 2010. 1 cup milk (microwaved for 1 minute). 6 Tablespoons oil or 1/3 c. olive oil. 1/8 teaspoon salt (or No-salt/salt substitute). 189; t. baking powder. 189; pkg. Rapid Mix Yeast = 1½ t. yeast. 2 1/2 cup flour. Mix all but flour together. Add flour. Mix well. Store in bowl with plastic lid. Refrigerate. When ready to use take out the portion needed. You may or may not let dough rise depending on how much of a hurry you are in. Form rolls. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

Thursday, February 16, 2012. Grandma Hardmans Sugar Cookies. 1 cup sour cream. 2 tsp baking powder. 1 1/4 tsp salt. Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla to sour cream. Shift flour, baking powder, salt and soda. Alternately with the liquid to shortening and sugar mixture. Preheat oven to 375. Roll out on pasture cloth 1/4 inch thick. Cut with large cutters.
