We were sitting around in our pajamas watching the evening news, and my wife said 'Wouldn't a big porkchop be good right now? We got dressed and came down to Cooper's. I really enjoyed the meat. It has the best flavor I have ever tried from. All the BBQ places I have ever been. The best pork chop I ever put in my mouth! And I'm very particular when it comes to BBQ and Sauce.
