In fact, I started lifting weights about two days ago in more than a month I think and lo and behold, I ended up straining my muscles which are still in pain for two days now. Good thing I only lifted weights for the upper portion of my body. I could just imagine if I did the legs as well. So that’s it for the moment. Gettin Back to Blogging. A Death in the Family.
