Thursday, November 29, 2012. We finally got around to decorating the tree! The girls thought it was just great! Anne has started showing a real interest in taking photos. This is one that she took. Wednesday, August 20, 2014. Anne's in First Grade! Where has the time gone? Anne is now in 1st grade.and that means ALL DAY! She was so excited for more than one recess! We are doing a carpool again this year and I opted to let Anne go with them on the first day. I know Anne and I just knew the transition would be better if I wasn't there! And I was right! Sunday, March 8, 2015. Welcome to America, Dan! I had always planned on having a big party the day of Dan's Oath Ceremony. However, since we had like 12 hours notice, we had to party another day! Really it was just a good excuse to get my family together for a dinner. We moved the "big kids" into the TV room. More of the "big kids" table. This was the "cool kids" table. Sunday, November 30, 2014. What did we ever do before this cutie joined our family? She sure keeps us smiling! I had to take the cupboard lock off to replace the lock under the sink and once Gaby figured it out.this became her daily ritual. Climb into cupboard.and empty it all out! Friday, February 27, 2015. Dan's Citizenship Oath Ceremony. After only a few short months, Dan received his letter to go and take the oath to become a US Citizen! We received a letter in the mail on Thursday but Dan wouldn't let me open it until he got home. He didn't have time to open it until about 10pm that night. He was shocked when he read that it was the next day, February 27th, at 9:00 am that he was to be there! What if I hadn't gotten the mail that day? I love Anne's face in the back ground!

Thursday, December 25, 2014. I found a fun way to fold the napkins to look like Christmas trees. The girls though everything was so fancy. Anne even helped to fold the napkins. Finally, the food is on the table and we are ready to eat! Our yummy dessert for after dinner.homemade molten hot lava cakes. Wednesday, August 21, 2013. Anne's First Day of Kindergarten. Today was Anne's first day of Kindergarten and she was so excited! A picture of Anne "with" Mr. Dalton. His name tag on his door that is. She is still a little aprehensive about having a male teacher but I just know by the end of the week, she will be sold.
