STUFFED PEPPERS (Thanks Nat). 4 green or red peppers. 1 yellow onion (peeled and chopped). 2 cloves of garlic. 1lb of ground turkey. 1 can of diced tomatoes. Oregano, ground or lemon pepper, chilis or chili powder. Another quick and easy recipe with minimal materials for prep. Bring a large pot of water to a boil-cut tops off peppers-remove seeds. Add peppers to boiling water 3-5 minutes, drain and set to coll.
