Nosh Detox Juice Fast | Dining Belles
https://diningbelles.wordpress.com/fasting-and-diets/nosh-detox-juice-fast
Two women who like to eat. Nosh Detox Juice Fast. The Fast Diet or ‘5:2’ Diet. Nosh Detox Juice Fast. It’s not even Christmas week and already we’ve piled on the pounds – not only that, our livers are feeling like a pair of old socks. What could be a worse time to go on a detox then – when, with Christmas and Boxing day and New Years Eve (not to mention the parties and get-togethers in between), more bad behaviour would surely follow? The detox in question was Geeta Sidhu-Robb’s Nosh. Start drinking wate...

Two women who like to eat. Nosh Detox Juice Fast. The Fast Diet or ‘5:2’ Diet. March 25, 2013. The Chocolate Festival 2013 at Southbank Centre. It takes a dedicated sort of person to brave sub-zero temperatures in the name of chocolate, particularly when they suffer from Raynaud’s disease in the right forefinger. We are that person. We ventured out to The Chocolate Festival. And a Passover-inspired chicken soup from Canteen. Hotel Chocolat at The Chocolate Festival. Going gaga for nougat at Maison Sucree.

Dining Belles at the Thame Food Festival | Dining Belles

Two women who like to eat. Nosh Detox Juice Fast. The Fast Diet or ‘5:2’ Diet. September 30, 2012. Dining Belles at the Thame Food Festival. The sun was shining in South Oxfordshire; blackbirds and finches singing sweetly, a lone red kite flying overhead. Yet something about the market town had changed. The energy perhaps, its people. No, this wasn’t Midsomer; and Inspector Barnaby was otherwise engaged on a Dukan diet. Actually, it was the fifth year of the Thame Food Festival. And it’s washed in ...

PaPa Soup | Dining Belles
https://diningbelles.wordpress.com/2013/06/01/papa-soup
Two women who like to eat. Nosh Detox Juice Fast. The Fast Diet or ‘5:2’ Diet. June 1, 2013. The wonderful thing about soup is that you never know quite how it’s going to turn out until you put it through a blender. A cold late May day, more like March than May, something nurturing with a bit of spice was required – perhaps with a swirl of yoghurt to refresh and soothe. The jar of PaPa Spice Chilli Sauce. 5 tablespoons olive oil. 1 large onion, roughly chopped. 1 stick celery, roughly chopped.

From the Window Box to our Plate | Dining Belles

Two women who like to eat. Nosh Detox Juice Fast. The Fast Diet or ‘5:2’ Diet. October 18, 2012. From the Window Box to our Plate. It’s amazing how much you can grow in the smallest bit of soil. Our approach to gardening is quite anarchic – we allow native flowers and bulbs, and long-established shrubs, yet our greedy mouths require that all new plants are edible. Our herb patch may not be beautiful but it’s certainly variegated. A generous gift of shiso seeds from Tom Moggach. Has added an exquisitely e...

New Year’s Revolution | Dining Belles

Two women who like to eat. Nosh Detox Juice Fast. The Fast Diet or ‘5:2’ Diet. January 18, 2013. New Year’s Revolution. We absolutely had to do a review on crisps (the regular, fattening variety as opposed to chard or kale) as a protest against New Year’s resolutions. We believe that if you’re truly serious about change you’ll stick with it, not just do it for one show-off, measly month. The crisps in question were Kettle Tortilla Chips – so being a relly of Kettle Chips. At Holland and Barrett.

A Cup and Saucer and Indian Superfood at The Idler | Dining Belles
https://diningbelles.wordpress.com/2013/04/02/indian-superfood-supperclub-at-the-idler-academy
Two women who like to eat. Nosh Detox Juice Fast. The Fast Diet or ‘5:2’ Diet. April 2, 2013. A Cup and Saucer and Indian Superfood at The Idler. Shocking to admit it in this day and age, but this was the first time we had ever traversed the mismatched crockerydom of attending a supper club. And then a menu from The Idler Academy. In Westbourne Park pinged on our laptops that we simply couldn’t resist. Substituting the unhealthy ingredients found in traditional Indian cuisine with healthy alternatives.
