A relaying of the daily comings and goings of the Tiemeier Family. Getting ready to go around the neighborhood. Knocking on the neighbor's door. Smiling for the camera at the end of our journey around the neighborhood. Trying to unwrap a Tootsie Roll. Disa slept through the whole adventure! Cora just couldn't get enough of the bee jacket. She wore it to the babysitter's house the next two days in a row! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Follow me on Twitter. The Garth Brooks Dilemma. Stacy Family, Zack Stacy.

A relaying of the daily comings and goings of the Tiemeier Family. Saturday, August 2nd - Swimming and Sushi. The girls loved having so many aunties and uncles in town to spend time with them. Cora and Auntie Kendra started the morning by jumping around the family room. Auntie Kendra and Cora in motion. Cora trying on Uncle JayJay's shoes. Later in the morning, the girls all went swimming and the guys stayed at home for a technology summit (a.k.a. day of movies and computers). Peter on his computer.

A relaying of the daily comings and goings of the Tiemeier Family. Disa was 9 months old last Friday and I can hardly believe how fast the time has gone by. She is crawling now and loves to get into everything she shouldn't. Brian even caught her chewing on the brick fireplace hearth the other day! The video below shows some crawling footage from today. http://tiemeier.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
A relaying of the daily comings and goings of the Tiemeier Family. I turned 30 on August 20th. Although there were some special events that day, I enjoyed various celebrations over a couple of weeks! This is the birthday bouquet that my parents sent me. The cookies were absolutely amazing! We had our night away the first weekend in September. We stayed at a Drury Inn just a few miles away and had a great time! All in all, it was a fabulous celebration of turning the big 3-0! On the week of August 18th, t...

The Tiemeier Tribune: Travel Day and Christmas Continued
http://tiemeier.blogspot.com/2009/05/travel-day-and-christmas-continued.html
A relaying of the daily comings and goings of the Tiemeier Family. Travel Day and Christmas Continued. The day after Christmas, we headed up to Brian's parents to continue the Christmas celebrations. The weather was unseasonably warm for December and there was some amazing fog on our trip up to Chicago. This was the view out of the passenger window. The view out the front windshield. It got even worse at points as we were driving. We could barely see more than a car length in front of us!

The Tiemeier Tribune: The Snowman
http://tiemeier.blogspot.com/2008/12/snowman.html
A relaying of the daily comings and goings of the Tiemeier Family. There has been a lot of snow in Chicago this year thus far but the warm spell melted most of it before we got there for Christmas. However, this didn't stop Papa Tiemeier and the girls from scavenging what they could to make a snowman. A bundled up Disa watching the building in progress. The finished product complete with berry eyes and a stick nose. Just for size comparison, the snowman next to Cora's shoe. Follow me on Twitter.

A relaying of the daily comings and goings of the Tiemeier Family. Our little girl turned three today! It hardly seems like it could have been that long already. I had to be at work in the morning but took the afternoon off to spend with her and get things ready for her birthday dinner. The weather was unseasonably warm and we were able to eat her birthday lunch of Bread Co. outside on the lawn. The girls had a great time lounging about on the blanket. Enjoying a bagel slice. And Papa Hartley on the phone.
