We have been to every beach, from the long, calm one near the airport, to the many others, with great body-surfable waves, snorkelable reefs and edges, and very beautiful people dressed like they normally are on French beaches. Homeward Bound.Trinidad to Grand Lake, NB. Tuesday, May 30, 2006. Anchored in the ICW. We started motoring this morning at 6:30 and dropped our anchor tonight at 7:30! Long day of listening to the engines and speeding along at 5 miles an hour. At first, you'd swear we were back home in the Jemseg channel, but as we neared Savannah, the shores were dotted with multimillion dollar homes all with private fabulous docks. Homeward Bound.Trinidad to Grand Lake, NB. Monday, June 19, 2006. Cape Cod, Mass. Once we were out of harm's way, we relaxed and picked up a mooring ball from one of the marinas. We originally thought about going through the canal to stay in Sandwich, but after a phone call to their marina, we realized that 160.00 dollars US for 2 nights was a bit steep for just a sleep, so we chose Onset instead at 25 a night on a mooring ball. We'll be in touch soon, but until then.safe and sound in Onset, Mass.

Homeward Bound.Trinidad to Grand Lake, NB. Sunday, April 30, 2006. Leaving Ponce and heading for Boqueron PR. We just finished 2 full days in Ponce and just loved the place. It was a bit of a walk to get to anything, but we managed. The first day, Laurie and I walked for a couple hours in the blistering heat and ended up at a huge mall.
