Two New Smoothie Recipes. April 11, 2013. July 13, 2016. When I got up this morning, I made a smoothie. Usually I have a smoothie each morning to accompany my breakfasts. For me having smoothies in the morning is a great way to pack fruits and yogurt I might not otherwise eat. See below for two differnt smoothies to try out! April 7, 2013. In this ladder style workout, once you are warmed up, go for a 5 minute jog/run, then do the set below for the reps indicated. Warm up for 5 minutes – get a good sweat on.
