My biggest foe currently is that title of this latest post. I have a big lump of scar tissue under my patella. I massage is every day to break it up, but I am not a pro at it. I try moving my patella around to get it from the inside, but it's not making big inroads. Why is scar tissue such a problem? Posted by Jedimumbo @ 9:41 AM.
