Soooo, we had so much fun skiing with the youth over New Year's weekend that several of us decided we'd love to go back for a little more time and practice on the slopes! Sunday, September 26, 2010. Maplewood's Building Dedication Sunday. We began the morning with a Meet and Greet so that people could tour the building and also have a chance to catch up on friendships. After the service, the ladies headed to the kitchen to finish preparations for the meal while others remained in the sanctuary for a hymn singing :) There was so much yummy food.worthy of a celebration of this magnitude! Corey's grandma moved to Paducah several months ago, and we haven't been able to see her yet. So we decided to load up and head there for a visit. We had also found out that there was ice skating there, so we met up with some friends for ice skating and dinner afterward. It was such a fun night! Baby H reached 3 lbs yesterday, and last night he officially weighed 3 lbs 1/2 oz! We feel like this is a big milestone and are excited about moving beyond the 2 lb range to the 3 lb range. She also said he had an eye exam a few nights ago that was completely normal. Again, we are so blessed that he is doing so well! Here are a few pictures from the past couple of days. This was sooner than expected, and we were very surprised! The nurse weighed him twice on one scale and then another time on a different scale just to make sure it was accurate.
