Who YOU are called to be. Lesson for today: Acts 9:1-19. Each of us are called to be mother, father, child, grandparent, teacher, student, listener, boss, worker, or leader and the list could go on and on. God has gifted us all with unique gifts and passions, to encourage us in our calling. So I wonder how we God is calling all of us into the world. Where’s Christ When Death is Knocking? Throughout this past week a video went viral after Brittany Maynard, a 29 year-old with terminal brain cancer posted a video. On YouTube, explaining her situation and her decision to take high dose prescription pain killers on November 1st to legally, in the state of Oregon (a move that she made from California because it is one of 5 states where this is legal), end her life and her battle with cancer. Where is Jesus in your dying? Can there be beauty in death?
