The Happenings of a New Mom and her Beautiful Daughter. Tuesday, April 26, 2011. I just started a Dairy-Free diet. I'm going on day 5. OK so I probably should have gone dairy-free along time ago. I am lactose intolerant. I have always either taken a pill or had lactose free milk and cheese. I actually cheated quiet a bit but the only one it affected was me. Now it affects my daughter.
