In saucepan over low-medium heat, place milk and cheeses until cheese is melted. Once all is melted and smooth you may add more milk if you like it thicker. Cook orzo in 2 quarts of water and drain. Saute onions and broccoli in butter until soft. Combine onions, broccoli, orzo and Velveeta. Mix until smooth and blended.
